Of course, these are challenging times for every business globally, but school business operators may need to depend more on strategy than luck in the years ahead. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Let us look at two schools. Same area, similar facilities, different results.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>School A<\/strong> is waiting for luck. They hope parents \u201cjust find them.\u201d Once in a while, it works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>School B<\/strong> uses a strategy. They tell stories on social media. They host intentional Open Days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They train their front desk staff to engage, not just respond. They follow up. They stay visible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Guess which school is growing?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Parents don\u2019t stumble into great schools anymore. They choose based on what they see, feel, and experience.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your school is not telling its story, following up with inquiries, showing impact online\u2026then you\u2019re depending on luck. But the truth is:<strong> Luck is not a growth plan.
